The announcement notes that only owners of the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus, and Galaxy S20 Ultra can join the program at the moment. So those with a Galaxy Note 20 series device, Galaxy S20 FE, or other recent Samsung flagships will need to sit tight for now.

Samsung Korea also cautions that only a limited number of people will be allowed to enrol in the One UI 3.0 beta program at first, with more spots opening thereafter. To sign up for the beta, you’ll need to open the Samsung Members app and sign up via a notice within this app. Once you’ve done this, you should be able to download the beta software via the phone’s update menu.
There’s no word on when the beta program will launch in other markets, but Samsung suggested that a stable release could happen after November 2020. So even if you don’t get your hands on the beta software, the finished product could land on your phone in no time flat. Nevertheless, we’ll update the article when the beta program expands to more regions.

We are pleased to confirm that Bartender 3 works great with the initial betas of macOS Catalina. The only change is you will need to enable “Screen Recording” in System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy for Bartender. This is a new Security Setting in macOS Catalina, and needs to be enabled for the current release of Bartender to work. To give some context to why Bartender uses this; Bartender needs this permission as it captures images of the menu bar items, it does this for 3 reasons, to make “show for updates” work, to display the menu items in preferences, and to create a smooth transition when switching states. It also get the names of the menu items, this is also covered by the permission. The current Bartender Test Build release (3.1.0) will prompt you to enable this permission if needed. We recommend you update to the latest test build:
You can update to this version by Accepting Test builds in Bartender Preferences > Updates and checking for updates.e
